Active board service
Multiple board seats held by our people, not junior delegates. We vote, we take committee work, and we stay for the difficult years.
Process 01
Our people sit on boards and give their time and expertise pro bono to businesses and non-profits with real social impact.
Strategy is the cheapest thing an organization can fix and the most expensive thing to get wrong. We take active board seats, we show up to the meetings, and we bring 12 years of institutional experience with us. It is not an advisory retainer and it is not a deck. It is governance, direction, and hard questions asked early enough to matter.
Direction that survives contact with the real world.
What this includes
Multiple board seats held by our people, not junior delegates. We vote, we take committee work, and we stay for the difficult years.
Strategy work is contributed. Organizations with social impact should not have to buy the advice that decides their direction.
We work with both. Social impact is the qualification, tax status is not.
We have sat on both sides of the table with development banks, UN agencies, and national and city governments. We know how the money and the reporting actually move.
Four questions and we will confirm it, or point you somewhere better.
